What ways do you have to make the NAS available to a Linux OS? Aside
from NFS?

The easiest way to do it is to stop all VPS, rename /vz to /vz.bak and
then permanently mount the NAS (in your /etc/fstab) under /vz. Move
everything from /vz.bak to /vz and you're good to go.
