[BlueOnyx:22800] maximum message sizes

What is the maximum message size by default on a 5209R box?

Ive got users sending messages with 6-10mb worth attachments (JPG or 
PDF)  regularly, but they are now frequently getting a bounce back with 
the error:

procmail: Quota exceeded while writing 
"/home/.sites/28/site1/.users/76/billing05/mbox"
550 5.0.0 <[email address redacted]>... Can't create output

But that particular mailbox appears to still have 100mb of space left.

We are seeing these sporadically across the site.
