Is there a way to change the style for the admin GUI to see if that would by
chance fix this problem

I need to update the max number of users for the site and at this current
time with out the IP field showing up

I can just update the max users for the Vsite 

Or is there any way to just update the max users for that Vsite

I have blueonyx 5209R machine when I go under my vsites and go to general
and try to make a change it tells me I don't have IP v4 set or ip 6 set

When looking at the page the field for the ip are missing attached is a
picture

This is the same for a new site also no ip fields no ip fields at all
