[BlueOnyx:22825] No possibility as site admin to manage certificate for a site

Hello,

a customer pointed out to me today that as a site admin of a site, you have
no access at all to the SSL menu item of your own site. Is this intentional
or an error?
Why should we not allow a site admin to manage his own certificate?
