[BlueOnyx:22857] Sites cannot access databases - after PHP install.

Weird one this morning.

5208R VPS – websites cannot access their databases.
From the CLI I can connect to the relevant database using the details from the website configs.
Can list tables etc.

Websites all say cannot connect to database. ☹
AVSpam also unable to access its database.

The only thing I have done was install a PHP 5.6 package from Michael.
Everything seems to be running fine but cannot work out what is going on.

Any ideas welcome.
