After some more testing it seems like the documentation of Net::OpenSSH
was a bit off there. This is indeed a hard timeout that kicks in if
STDIN falls silent. Which it sure will do when running a massive SQL-dump.

I just bumped that timeout to 30000 and published another update of
easy-migrate.
