    Yeah. Your "ntpd" isn't running. Please check with "systemctl status
    ntpd" and "systemctl restart ntpd" to see what's up with it.
    
Interesting:

[root at intranet-server ~]# systemctl status ntpd
● ntpd.service - Network Time Service
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/ntpd.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: inactive (dead)
[root at intranet-server ~]# 

That might explain the problem ... vendor preset: disabled??
