[BlueOnyx:23509] Email forwarding

Not exactly a BlueOnyx question. Many years ago, I had an early version of MailScanner and my Raq or subsequent machine used to be the accepting server for many domains. Once the mail had been processed, it was then forwarded to the appropriate mail server. I remember that I used to edit a file to specify the destination server. Can't for the life of me remember which file it is. Anyone help with this?
