Unfortunately that's not a lot to go on.   But there are some basics 
that you can check that ought to help you get pointed in the right 
direction.  If your MySQL is overrunning the server then you should look 
into a few things.

1. Is one particular database the cause of this?
2. If so, then is it because the database has problems, or the site it's 
associated with is getting a lot of traffic?
3. Is the database optimized?  Does that help?
4. Is the traffic load on the site abnormal?  Is the traffic legit?
