No, not yet. I'm currently developing it on a RHEL8 box. Even CentOS 8
isn't out yet and they're also still struggling with porting it over:

I still got a lot of things to wrap up, but the GUI is mostly working
now and I just need to adapt it further to deal with the changes that
the newer versions of some daemons and services introduced.

Once CentOS 8 is out I'll need to transition my build environment from
RHEL8 to CentOS 8, have to recompile all RPMs, need to re-populate the
5210R YUM repository with these packages and set up one or more test
boxes, plus one for building BlueOnyx 5210R ISO images.

My guess is that perhaps two weeks after the release of CentOS 8 we
might see the first release candidate of BlueOnyx 5210R.
