That site is using PHP-FPM and the daemon for that has died. Therefore
Apache can no longer connect to it and serve PHP pages of that version
of PHP that the Vsite is using.

A restart of PHP-FPM will solve it and there is a good chance that the
next run of Active Monitor solved the issue for you.
