[BlueOnyx:22755] Let's Encrypt! Error

Today I tried to renew 'Let's Encrypt!' on my Aventurine{e} and got this 
error or message

The following error occured during the SSL certificate request:

[Sun Mar 3 09:58:12 EST 2019] Single domain='slave.xxxxxxxxxxx.net'
[Sun Mar 3 09:58:12 EST 2019] Getting domain auth token for each domain
[Sun Mar 3 09:58:12 EST 2019] Getting webroot for 
domain='slave.xxxxxxxxxxx.net'
[Sun Mar 3 09:58:12 EST 2019] Getting new-authz for 
domain='slave.xxxxxxxxxxx.net'
[Sun Mar 3 09:58:13 EST 2019] The new-authz request is ok.
[Sun Mar 3 09:58:14 EST 2019] Verifying: slave.xxxxxxxxxxx.net

Not sure what is is telling me but did not renew
