I need to look into this, but yes: When an SOS-Report is included in a
support ticket (or bug report), then the sending procedure is different.

Generating the SOS report can take quite some time, so the GUI uses a
cron based delayed send for the sending the report. If no SOS-report is
generated, the sending happens immediately upon hitting the "Save" or
"Send" button in the GUI.

Not including an SOS report is therefore more reliable, more direct and
support.blueonyx.it will report back if it received the report or not.
