Hmmm ... seems to be APF.
If I disable APF all works fine. (
I have tried clearing the APF blacklist but no improvement.

    This is still not working right – came back for a while but now:
    
    lynx: Can't access startfile http://newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au/
    
    Can resolve URL okay from CLI:
    
    [root at neptune admserv]# dig newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au
    
    ;; ANSWER SECTION:
    newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au.	1454 IN	A	203.26.211.2
    
    Any thoughts.

    Hi Colin. 
    
    Check it with your browser http://newlinq.compassnetworks.com.au - you will see a message on screen. You can also use lynx to check it from your server. It will respond with a 500 response code, but you will still see the same message.
    
    If it works on your PC but not your server, give me your IP address and I’ll investigate.
