Some other info that might be interesting for debugging:

[root at centos8 ~]# ldd /usr/lib64/php/modules/zip.so
     linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00007fff51695000)
     libzip.so.5 => not found
     libc.so.6 => /lib64/libc.so.6 (0x00007f87281fc000)
     /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f87287d1000)

[root at centos8 ~]# locate libzip.so.5
/home/solarspeed/libzip/lib64/libzip.so.5
/home/solarspeed/libzip/lib64/libzip.so.5.0
