It will take a while until I've got something to show that approaches
usability, though. I'm still figuring out the more advanced options of
DEB building. Part of the "fun" of building a new BlueOnyx for any new
CentOS release was chasing dependencies. At least I had a certain naming
convention to go by to find whatever I needed. For Debian it's a bit
more complicated, as that functionality might be part of DEBs that are
named differently.

After +20 years of building RPMs it's a bit refreshing to dive into
Debian package building. It's not as bad as I feared it would be, but
the philosophy sure is different.
