When you use the GUI to manually trigger a YUM update then you're using
three "middle men" (AdmServ, CCEd and a Handler) to launch a long
running process. This update is large and it might take several minutes
to finish. If the browser times out in between or CCEd has a hiccup,
then the update might not finish first time around.

These large updates? It's best to either let the cronjob auto-install
them or run "yum clean all" and "yum update" manually.
