[BlueOnyx:23270] Certificate issues with iPhones on 5209R

Have a client that hosts their server with us.
Installed BlueOnyx 5209R 20180819 and
Let's Encrypt certificates for both the server
and the site (their email domain).

All has been working ok until yesterday when
they started getting the popup on their iPhones
that the server was not trusted.  Testing both
the server and the site at ssllabs.com shows
both A+.

Any ideas ?
