Hi all,

May have found the fix for now is to go into the vsite settings > Shell 
& FTP > 'Set Shell Access to' 'None' Save

then reset the shell settings. Next set the shell for vsite user(s) as 
it will be None.

Had to do this on all machines. Strange..
