If I understand you correctly, you're wondering how you can pull up the 
index.html in a browser for music.def.com?    Not to be too obvious, 
but.... http://music.def.com

You'll need to make sure that there are corresponding A records for your 
various hostnames.   If you've configured AutoDNS for the site in 
BlueOnyx, then it will automatically add the records accordingly.   But 
if you have not or if you're using a 3rd party DNS then you'll have to 
make sure you do that manually.
