systemctl restart milter-geoip
No errors.

[root at ds1 ~]# ls -als /var/run/milter-geoip.sock
0 srwxr-xr-x 1 postfix postfix 0 Dec 16 09:54 /var/run/milter-geoip.sock

Using postfix.

Looks like the restart may of fixed it.
