[BlueOnyx:24671] Quirks

I changed the ip address of the server from tcp/ip settings, and lost the
ability to access the server page on either ip, so I rebooted.  Comes up
and I can access it via the new IP, but the login screen from the vga
output still shows the original IP.

Other quirk: If I go to DNS and modify SoA settings, I get a bunch of php
warnings.
