Did not help the issue

[root at cabin3 admin]# systemctl stop sendmail
[root at cabin3 admin]# ps -aef |grep sendmail

root     30029  5733  0 09:46 pts/0    00:00:00 grep --color=auto sendmail

[root at cabin3 admin]# killall -9 sendmail

sendmail: no process found

[root at cabin3 admin]# systemctl start sendmail

[root at cabin3 admin]# tail -f /var/log/maillog
