If "site1" doesn't have an SSL certificate, then you can simply delete
/etc/dovecot/conf.sni.d/site1.conf and restart dovecot. That should fix
the issue for now.

The question is however: Why was that file created if the Vsite in
question doesn't have certificates? I'll have to look into that.
