[BlueOnyx:24030] Issue with NewLinQ on a 5209R setup.

For some reason whenever I try to get my box setup with access to grab
packages from the shop, I am stopped at the first step with the following
error.

The Compass-base-v2.2.2 package was not installed because it is not
compatible with this version of BlueOnyx.

This is a new one on me, thoughts?
