Hi Larry. Apologies for delayed response.

I’ve checked Paypal records. There is no transaction coming from the email address specified in PayPal nor is there any recent transaction for the amount showing in your shopping cart. If you’d like further investigation on our side, I would require the PayPal transaction number at which point I can confirm with 100% certainty if it reached us. If not, I’d have to direct you to Paypal if you can see a payment outbound on your side that did not reach us.
