I just checked the store. The only client with an email address of the
same domain as yours (ecsis.net) has no recent purchases. The last being
from October 2019.

In the shopping cart of an incomplete order there are two items:

* RoundCubemail

However, the order was never finalized and no billing attempt was made.

You can also check your Paypal account and the last payment to
compassnetworks.com.au should be from the October 2019 purchase.

So please try to order again and let me know if the issue persists.
