No, they're not. Sorry.

I tried to keep as many of the EOL'ed PHP versions available for 5210R
to make it easier for people to move onward. But anything older than
PHP-7.0 had lots of issues compiling.

With quite some effort I (barely) managed to roll up a PHP-5.6 for 5210R.

But 5.5 and older can't be done without some serious hacks. Which
doesn't make it worth the effort. Especially considering how long these
already have been EOL'ed.
