PHP-7.4.10-5 is the latest available PHP version for 5209R and 5210R.

Make sure you have a PHP-7.4 PKG installed and then make sure that
Vsites are allowed to use it. You can configure that under "Server
Manegement" / "Security" / "PHP Settings".

The option "PHP versions available for virtual sites:" there allows you
to allow or deny Vsites access to certain PHP versions.
