[BlueOnyx:24351] Let's Encrypt problem

I have been getting emails from Let's Encrypt that sites have
certificates that will expire within 20 days.

So when I tried to renew on manually it threw no error but it did not
renew either.

I realized this only started happening after I switched my servers to
PHP 7.4.10 so I switched to FPM/FastCGI with PHP 7.3.22 and the renewal
worked. I then went to do this on two sites to confirm the behavior and
found that it was not the switching of PHP that made a difference.
Instead no renewal worked on the first attempt. However even if I left
all settings unchanged and simply tried the renewal again then it worked
the second time. This happened on 4 sites across 2 servers. Strange.

Thanks,
