In the BlueOnyx GUI look under "Programs" / "File Manager". The app
integrated there is called "Net2ftp": https://www.net2ftp.com and the
way we have it integrated makes it available for anyone with GUI access
that has FTP.

Net2FTP can handle FTP, SCP and SFTP.
