What kind of certificate was that? A real one, but not Let's Encrypt?

The line ...

SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/admserv/certs/ca-certs

... gets added when an intermediate is imported. Which is a separate
process from importing the key/cert. Maybe when the cert was imported
via the GUI, someone forgot to import the intermediate(s)?

Other than that: The easiest way to shake this loose is to request an LE
cert and stick with that.
