Hi Michael

It's a self installed osTicket built on an unmodified 5210R installed yesterday. PHP mode is suPHP.

If the shop PHP has the IMAP support then I will purchase that.

Unless a recent build went wrong all PHP packages from the shop should
have IMAP support.

What's the exact PHP version are you using for that Vsite and what PHP
method (DSO, mod_ruid2, suPHP, FPM)?
