It would be interesting to see why the external verification process
against the LE-servers failed. That info is contained in
/var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log and I'd love to see the whole
output of that.

Try to manually renew or reissue the certificate via the GUI. If it
still fails, then please submit a "Support Request" via the GUI with the
checkbox "Allow Access" ticked and I'll take a look for you.
