Hi Jonathan,
I just got this myself... The fix is:
from a root cli on the server do:

# /usr/sausalito/bin/cceclient 
> get 1
Check for the line:102 DATA csrf_protection = "0"

if it really is "0" do:
> set 1 csrf_protection=1
and  exit with <ctrl-d>
Try the wizard again.
