Possibly check for files owned by that user just to be sure:
find / -user theusername

or test  for errors:
makemap hash /etc/mail/access.db < /etc/mail/access

makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db < /etc/mail/virtusertable

Or unusual entries different from other users in the
nano /etc/mail/access
