[BlueOnyx:25386] another 5210R item

Found that when you add vsites to a new 5210R
server it adds all the sites in /etc/hosts listed as
the name of the server and lists them under vsites
section in /etc/hosts.

Modified file /usr/sausalito/constructor/base/vsite/fixhosts.pl
  and commented out line 42.

Modified file /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/vsite/fixhosts.pl
  and commented out line 42.

Modified file /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/network/etchosts.pl
  and commented out line 72

to fix this issue.
