Currently we're not a day behind what's available on php.net. So for 
5210R and 5209R we have the following in the shop as latest versions:

PHP-8.1.5
PHP-8.0.18
PHP-7.4.29
- EOL Versions below:
PHP-7.3.33
PHP-7.2.34
PHP-7.1.33
PHP-7.0.33
PHP-5.6.40

Please check the "Expiry Report" in the GUI and see if the subscription 
to PHP (or any bundle it belongs to) is not expired.
