[BlueOnyx:25835] AV-SPAM package on 5210R won't load

Purchased the AV-SPAM (7.1.11-1) package for a recently loaded 5210R
server and when installing the package it says:

The software package needs other software package(s)
to be installed first.  Please install the following package(s):
"solarspeed_net Clamav > 0.98.4".

Thought that clamav came with the AV-SPAM package?
