That is a lot of users. I'd be interested in taking a look to see what
optimizations can be done to the GUI code or the server configuration to
speed things up.

Would it be possible that you allow me access? If so, you can do so via
the BlueOnyx GUI interface under "Software Updates" / "Support" /
"Support Request". Be sure to tick the checkbox "Allow Access". That
will securely submit temporary login details to us.

Generally speaking: There is a speed benefit due to the slightly more
modern PHP on 5210R. But that is more than eaten up by the fact that the
GUI had to switch from the PHP Zend API CCE module to a native PHP Class
to connect to CCE. For that reason CCE transactions are slower on 5210R
than they were on 5209R.

Still: Polling CODB for the "User" Objects of 5000 Users shouldn't take
34 minutes. That would be like the GUI is only managing two and a half
GET transaction per second and CCEd is a hell of a lot faster than that.
Even on 5210R.

So yeah: I'd love to take a shot at this and see why your user
experience is so much worse than it should be.
