"Server Management" / "Network Services" / "DNS"

-> Button: "Edit Primary Service"
-> Pulldown: "Select Domain in question"
-> Pulldown: "Add Record: TXT Record"

That brings up the page to add a TXT record. And on BlueOnyx that 
already has an SPF-Wizard built in that helps you to configure your SPF 
records.
