admserv-fpm.sock  admserv-php-fpm.pid  php-fpm.pid

That directory is there and the sock file is there

[root at mail1 php-fpm]# ls -l
total 8
srw-rw-rw- 1 admserv admserv 0 Nov 25 11:11 admserv-fpm.sock
-rw-r--r-- 1 root    root    4 Nov 25 11:11 admserv-php-fpm.pid
-rw-r--r-- 1 root    root    6 Nov 25 11:31 php-fpm.pid

You copied and pasted too much into the console. It should have been:

cat /etc/admserv/php-fpm/pools/admserv.conf |grep listen

My message already contained the expected results.
