    Indeed! That seems to be the culprit. Colin, you need to SMTP-Auth with 
    the username and password. NOT email-address and password.

I have NEVER used email address rather than user name. <grin>.
This is just a straight migration from a working server and users are all set up and working on the old box.

I have ignored it for 24 hours and now checked and seems to be working, which is a bit odd,  although customers are still on the old box.
I will do another easy migrate and then switch them across on Monday (so they can all phone up and moan!) and see what happens.

Not sure what is going on. Some tokens somewhere or something?
