First make sure SQL is set up correctly:

"Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "Setup SQL":

It should say "MariaDB connection possible with this settings." if all
is in order.

RoundCube is the only WebApp that is deployed automatically to all
Vsites. Any other WebApp needs to be deployed individually.

You can either do this via "Server Management" / "Web Applications" /
"WebApp Installer" and click on the Vsite you want to deploy (for
example) Wordpress to.

Then select the app you want to deploy and fill in the blanks on that
installer page. If you leave "Install Path" empty (or empty it out
manually), it will deploy the app into /web of the Vsite and it will
ERASE anything else that is already there. So typically they deploy into
subdirectories, but you can specify there whatever you like to match
your needs.

Alternatively: Under "Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" & "Web
Applications" you can reach the WebApp installer for that Vsite directly.

You can also make that page usable for siteAdmins, so that they can
deploy WebApps themsevles. You can do so under "Server Management" /
"Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer" and then click on the button
"System Defaults" on top. Tick the checkbox "Allow Site Admin to
Install?" and save.

And now siteAdmins can deploy WebApps themselves.
