[BlueOnyx:26631] Interfaces and default routes

Hi,

On our 5211r servers, we have two interfaces - eth0 for public, and eth1 on a private subnet (as a dmz) which we use for inter-server communications, backups etc

We are seeing that each time the server is booted, the routing table has the default ipv4 and ipv6 routes defined for all interfaces, when we just want them to be applied to eth0. So we have to remove these after boot.

It occurs to me that if we were connected to two public networks, each with its own IP and gateway, we'd have no way to define both gateways without diving into the shell and changing the routing table.

So - would it be possible to allow the gateway addresses for ipv4 and 6 to be definable per interface?

On a slightly different subject, we have need to add ipv6_autoconf=no to the ifcfg-ethx config files, which we add manually but are lost after the interface settings are updated. Could an option be added for either an include file (like the vhost httpd config files) or add something to the gui for some advanced options?

Thanks
