Thank you for reporting that. It makes it even stranger, though, as 
we're using the exact same SSL implementation on 5210R and 5211R.

The only difference are the slightly newer Nginx and Apache version on 
5211R.

Rodrigo: As we don't have a solution at this time (I will keep looking) 
I suggest the following: Disable the Nginx SSL proxy on 5211R. The 
Apache on 5211R supports HTTP/2 out of the box, so there isn't any 
longer a compelling reason to use the Nginx SSL proxy for that purpose.

Other than that: If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about the cause 
of the issue? Please let me know.
