[BlueOnyx:25892] Monitorix: 404 page not found

Hi all.

I'm experiencing the 404 Page Not Found error and followed the steps 
that Michael had outlined, but to no success, and still get the 404.

I also see errors in Active Monitor for the Monitorix daemon. Upon 
trying to start the service:

I'm running on 5210R.

What next steps should I take to get things running?
