[BlueOnyx:27056] CSRF token feature breaks install on latest 5209R

Hi,

Is there a way to turn off the BlueOnyx_CSRF_token from the command line?

It stops the web based wizard from letting you submit the multi screen form
with the acceptance of the license and setting passwords and time zone, etc.

I have an old server that needs a reload of 5209R.
