Hi Michael (again),

When you switch the the theme in "Personal Profile" the change happens
instantaneous. So if you're using "Elmer" and switch to "Adminica", it
saves and then reloads the page using the old "Adminica" theme.
I switched back to Adminica briefly so that I could check my AFP because I haven’t yet updated my apps for the new GUI.  Unfortunately although I get the old GUI the AFP page still tries to load the new one – so get a 404. :-/
