Hi Michael,

Been doing a bit of research and found that we have unixODBC installed as you said:

unixODBC-2.3.7-1.el8.x86_64
unixODBC-devel-2.3.7-1.el8.x86_64

If you remove them, things break hard.

On that basis our customer should be able to use  isql to connect but when he does so he gets this:

[root at broadwater]# isql -v 81.137.196.19 admin password
[01000][unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib '/usr/local/lib/libtdsodbc.so' : file not found
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect

Any thoughts? Seems we are close! :0)
